Internal Analytics
The site uses first-party internal analytics (no third-party cookies). Google Analytics is optional and configurable from the admin. The cookie banner only appears if Google Analytics is enabled.
WhatsApp is an external service owned by Meta. Conversations sent via WhatsApp are not stored by The Oum. Only the click on the WhatsApp button is recorded as an anonymous event (lead).
Data Collected
The site only stores the following anonymous events: page views, product views, WhatsApp clicks, language switches, cookie consent. No raw IP is stored — only a hash (ipHash) is kept to limit spam. No personal data (name, email, phone) is collected on the public site.
Data Not Collected
The site does not collect: WhatsApp conversations, customer names, emails, postal addresses, payment data (there is no online payment), browsing data on other sites.
